Important: By accessing the Services or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or submit a transaction.

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Gold Ore Store LLC ("Gold Ore Store," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply when you access or use goldorestore.com, an account, our bullion desk, or related shopping, ordering, buyback, communication, and support services (collectively, the "Services"). Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.

Additional written terms shown at checkout, on an invoice or order confirmation, or agreed directly with our desk also apply. If those transaction-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific written terms control for that transaction.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract. If you use the Services for a company, trust, retirement account, or other person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You may not use the Services if prohibited by sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law. We may request identity, authority, source-of-funds, or other information reasonably needed to meet legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction-risk requirements.

3. Accounts and communications

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information and promptly update it when it changes.
  • Keep credentials and verification codes confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access, fraud, or an incorrect transaction.
  • We may suspend or restrict access to protect you, us, or the Services, or to investigate suspected misuse.

You consent to receive electronic records and transaction, account, security, and service communications at the contact information you provide. If you provide a mobile number, you authorize transactional calls or texts relating to your request or account; message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. You may request paper copies where required by law.

4. Product information

We work to describe products, weights, metal content, grades, certifications, images, availability, and prices accurately. Product images may be representative; packaging, dates, mint marks, toning, and other characteristics may vary unless the listing identifies a specific item. Screen settings can affect color and scale. Third-party grades and certifications are opinions of the applicable grading service, not a guarantee by Gold Ore Store. We may correct typographical, catalog, image, inventory, calculation, feed, or pricing errors and cancel or limit an affected order, including after submission. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled item.

5. Live pricing, orders, and acceptance

  • Precious-metal and numismatic prices may change rapidly. A cart, watchlist, displayed quote, estimated buyback price, or checkout preview does not reserve inventory or lock a price.
  • Your order is an offer to purchase at the server-verified price and quantity submitted. We may accept, reject, limit, or require additional confirmation of an order.
  • For a live card transaction, acceptance generally occurs when the processor confirms capture and we issue a paid order confirmation. For ACH, call-in, after-hours, or other desk-assisted orders, acceptance and any price lock occur only when our desk expressly confirms them in writing or when stated in the applicable confirmation.
  • An automated acknowledgment that merely says a request was received is not acceptance unless it expressly confirms a paid or accepted order.
  • After acceptance, the confirmed price is binding on both parties even if the market moves. You accept the risk that the market value may rise or fall after a price lock.

We may refuse or cancel an order for an obvious pricing or system error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal or compliance concern, shipping restriction, quantity limit, or other reasonable risk. We will notify you and refund amounts collected for any canceled portion, subject to bank processing times.

6. Payment, taxes, and verification

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total, including disclosed shipping, handling, taxes, and fees. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that submitted payment information is accurate. Card payments are processed by third-party providers. ACH, check, wire, or other payments may be subject to verification, settlement, cleared-funds requirements, and additional instructions from our desk.

You are responsible for applicable taxes except taxes imposed on our net income. Tax calculations are based on available transaction and destination information and may be corrected when required by law. We may delay acceptance or shipment, request identification, cancel a transaction, or refund a payment when reasonably necessary to verify authority, prevent fraud, address a payment reversal, or comply with law. You agree not to initiate an improper chargeback or payment reversal and to contact us first so we can investigate a transaction concern.

7. Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss

Shipping charges, methods, insurance, carrier, delivery estimate, signature requirements, and restrictions may vary by order and will be displayed, confirmed, or communicated when available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We may require shipment to a verified address, hold an order until funds clear, divide shipments, or require adult signature or pickup. You are responsible for providing a complete, secure, and deliverable address and for complying with carrier pickup rules.

Unless non-waivable law or written transaction terms state otherwise, title and risk of loss pass to you upon the carrier's recorded delivery to the approved destination or authorized recipient. Inspect the package promptly. Report loss, visible damage, tampering, shortage, or an incorrect item to us as soon as possible, preserve all packaging and evidence, and cooperate with carrier or insurance claims. Failure to provide timely information may limit our ability to obtain a remedy from the carrier.

8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Because precious-metal prices fluctuate and many numismatic items are unique, accepted orders are final and may not be canceled or returned for buyer's remorse, market movement, or a change in financial circumstances, except where required by law or expressly authorized by us in writing. If we agree to cancel an accepted market-priced order, you may be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for documented market loss and reasonable transaction costs; market gains are not credited.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item materially different from its confirmed description, or if the shipment arrives damaged, contact us promptly and no later than three business days after delivery. Do not return an item without written return authorization and instructions. Approved items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition and packaging. We may inspect and authenticate a return before providing an exchange, replacement, repair, or refund. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method and remain subject to provider processing times. Nothing in this section limits a non-waivable consumer right.

9. Sell-to-us transactions

Website buyback values, forms, and preliminary quotes are invitations to discuss a transaction, not binding purchase offers. A sell-to-us transaction becomes binding only after we inspect and, when appropriate, test or authenticate the items, confirm final quantity and condition, complete required verification, and expressly accept the transaction. We may revise or decline a quote if an item's identity, authenticity, grade, weight, condition, quantity, ownership, or market differs from the information provided.

By offering property to us, you represent that you are its lawful owner or authorized agent, it is free of undisclosed liens and claims, it is not stolen or counterfeit, and the transaction is lawful. Unless our written shipping instructions say otherwise, you bear the risk of items sent to us until our recorded receipt. Payment method and timing are subject to verification, inspection, applicable holds, and the final written purchase confirmation.

10. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or deceptive activity;
  • interfere with security, authentication, rate limits, availability, or another user's access;
  • introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data at unreasonable volume, or use bots to manipulate pricing, inventory, accounts, or transactions;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits;
  • impersonate another person, misrepresent authority or ownership, or use a payment method without authorization; or
  • copy, resell, frame, or commercially exploit the Services or their content without written permission.

11. Market information; no investment advice

Spot prices, charts, premiums, ratios, alerts, articles, product commentary, and other market information are provided for general informational and transaction-support purposes. They may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or supplied by third parties. Gold Ore Store is a precious-metals dealer, not your investment, legal, tax, or fiduciary advisor. Nothing in the Services is a recommendation, guarantee of value, or promise of future performance. Precious metals and collectible coins can lose value and may be illiquid. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified advisors when appropriate.

12. Intellectual property and user content

The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics, logos, product presentation, and other content, are owned by Gold Ore Store LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business transactions with us.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services, complete requested transactions, and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the content.

13. Privacy and third-party services

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. The Services may rely on or link to third-party payment, market-data, communications, shipping, authentication, analytics, and other services. Their separate terms and privacy notices govern your interaction with them. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and their content are provided "as is" and "as available." Gold Ore Store LLC and its suppliers disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that market data, alerts, inventory, delivery estimates, or third-party services will always be accurate or available.

These disclaimers do not exclude an express written product warranty or a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Ore Store LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunity, market gains, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Services or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Services, these Terms, or a transaction will not exceed the amount you paid Gold Ore Store for the specific order or event giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim. If no payment was made, the maximum is one hundred U.S. dollars.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including as applicable for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury. Your payment obligations and responsibility for an accepted order are not limited by this section.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gold Ore Store LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, violation of another person's rights, unauthorized payment activity, or material misrepresentation concerning property offered to us. We may control the defense of an indemnified claim, and you agree to cooperate. This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, payment risk, investigation, or a violation of these Terms. Termination does not cancel an accepted order, payment obligation, or right that accrued beforehand. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including transaction obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, and general provisions—will survive.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that applicable federal law controls and non-waivable consumer protections remain available. You and Gold Ore Store consent to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the state courts located in Washington County, Utah, and the federal courts with jurisdiction over Washington County, Utah.

Before filing a claim, each party agrees to send the other a written description of the dispute and requested relief and to make a good-faith effort for at least 30 days to resolve it informally. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, filing in small-claims court when eligible, or taking action before a limitations period expires.

19. General terms

These Terms and applicable transaction-specific terms are the entire agreement concerning their subject matter and supersede prior discussions. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the rest will remain effective. A waiver must be in writing and is not a continuing waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, asset transfer, financing, or by operation of law. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Headings are for convenience only, and "including" means "including without limitation."

20. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. If a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it. The terms in effect when an order is accepted govern that order unless you and Gold Ore Store agree otherwise in writing.
